book club rules

• Adopted June 2014: Book Group will now meet on the first Monday of the month, whenever possible. 
• Adopted July 2012: Book Group will now meet on the first Wednesday of the month, beginning with the September 2012 meeting.
  
• Adopted in October, 2008: new book choosing procedure.  Starting in February, 2009, each Book Group member will choose a book and lead it once each year. Each member will also host Book Group once a year.  That way, everyone has a chance to recommend and to lead a book annually.  If the leader wants to present two or three potential books and let the group decide among them, that's ok. Hopefully, we will end up choosing a variety of books, including fiction and non-fiction, classics and contemporary, history, biography, etc.
